What’s the difference between your grips and other brands?
Our WOD Grips are built with same hypalon rubber that grip wearers have come to love and expect from an elite style grip. Our difference is the wider palm coverage and softer wrist support, eliminating the need for wrist bands and are versatile enough for both rig and barbell work.
How do I know what size grips to get?
Right now, our WOD Grips are available in one size that’s been carefully designed to suit most athletes. The design and adjustable wrist strap mean they fit comfortably across a wide range of hand sizes. If you're unsure whether they'll work for you and are Sydney based, you can visit one of our stockists for sizing.

What’s your shipping and returns policy?
